A small business owner is running for South Carolina's Fifth Congressional District. Republican
Tom Mullikin announced his candidacy yesterday to a large crowd. The seat is currently held by Mick Mulvaney, who is expected to be confirmed as the White House Budget Director.
A special election is set for early in the year. Republican state Representative Ralph Norman has also said he'll run.
