School officials at an upstate elementary school say a student has been diagnosed by viral meningitis.
Officials at Wren Elementary School sent parents a letter yesterday informing them of the diagnosis.
The school said in the letter than it will make extra efforts in cleaning the school, out of an abundance of caution.
