The Lugoff Fire Chief says a lack of manpower affected how the department fought a house fire.
Seven firefighters responded to a fire on Longstreet Drive yesterday morning. The size of the fire led crews to call in other departments to battle the blaze.
The homeowner got out okay and there were no injuries. The cause is under investigation.
