Columbia police are looking for a woman who used a fake Virginia driver's license, and stolen financial information, to open a bank account here, then buy a $14,000 watch with her $23,000 dollar line of credit from an area jeweler.
The Virginia woman, the identity victim, alerted police about the discrepancies, upon realizing what had happened to her financial information.
