Constitutional carry, or permit-less carry has been passed by the South Carolina House of Representatives.
By a 64-46 vote the legislation passed yesterday, allowing anyone who can legally buy a gun to carry it without any kind of permit.
The measure, which also allows open carry now goes to the Senate, where supporters are concerned about its eventual passage.
