A plane is at the bottom of the ocean off of the coast of Myrtle Beach after a pilot made a crash landing into the water yesterday afternoon.
The pilot took off solo from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and very shortly began having engine trouble. A witness told "The Sun News" that they saw the plane take off and come down into the water.
Three helicopters were sent to the scene to assist in rescuing the pilot. He was treated on the scene by EMTs.
