(Sumter, SC) -- A Sumter man is charged with breaking into several vehicles.
William Lemoin Armstrong The Second is suspected of stealing electronics, tools and sporting equipment out of cars in Sumter on October 3rd and 4th.
He was arrested on the 6th and is being held in Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center on 75-thousand dollars bond.
Police are continuing their investigation in this case.
