(Columbia, SC) -- Longtime South Carolina political consultant Richard Quinn Sr. and four Republican politicians have been indicted.
A State Grand Jury introduced felony criminal conspiracy and illegal lobbying charges against Quinn yesterday. Quinn's son State Representative Rick Quinn Jr. was among those charged.
Special Prosecutor David Pascoe said the charges are the result of a months long investigation, which is still ongoing.
