(Winnsboro, SC) -- A woman is dead after she was hit by an SUV in Fairfield County.
It happened late Friday night in Winnsboro when Barbara Brown was crossing at South Garden and Palmer streets.
No charges against the driver have been announced, but the investigation is ongoing.
