(Florence, SC) -- A police officer is dead after a two-hour standoff in Florence County.
It happened late yesterday afternoon in Florence in Vintage Place near Hoffmeyer Road.
Thirty-year veteran Terrence Carraway died in the shooting before the suspect was taken into custody.
Three other city police officers and three county deputies were hurt while trying to deliver a warrant, but there's no word on their conditions.
