(Columbia, SC) -- No one displaced by a Columbia Housing Authority building will be homeless.
That's the promise CHA lawyer Bob Coble gave yesterday to residents of Allen Benedict Court.
The building was evacuated last week after two men were found dead of carbon monoxide poisoning, and efforts are underway to find permanent housing for the residents.
Meanwhile, the CHA board will hold a special meeting tomorrow at five at their offices on Harden Street.
