(Lexington, SC) -- The jurors that hold Timothy Jones' life in their hands could decide his fate as soon as today.
Closing arguments are set for 9:00 this morning in Lexington in the penalty phase of Jones' murder trial. He could get the death penalty for killing his five children in 2014, but four family members testified yesterday that they want Jones' life spared.
