(Richland County, SC) -- A Richland County nail salon owner is cited for operating illegally.
Deputies responded to the AM Nail Bar Salon on Two Notch Road on Wednesday afternoon. Nail salons are supposed to be closed under the governor's current executive order.
Deputies say they found 25 people inside and shut it down.
