(Columbia, SC) -- A Richland County Sheriff's Department deputy is out of a job and facing criminal charges.
Body camera footage shows former master deputy Kyle Oliver throwing a woman onto the floor while she was handcuffed, in custody in January.
He's now charged with assault and battery. Oliver is currently out on bond.
