Officials Interviewing Six Persons Of Interest In Babcock Building Fire

(Columbia, SC) -- Columbia officials have identified and are interviewing six persons of interest in connection to the fire at the historic Babcock building. 

The three-alarm fire was found at 6:30 on Saturday morning, causing the building's roof to burn, damage to the dome, and structural collapses. 

It took ten hours to extinguish the blaze, and two firefighters suffered minor injuries. 

The group of six people was caught on surveillance video in the area around the time of the fire.
