South Carolina's Coronavirus Percent Positive Among Lowest State Has Seen

(Columbia, SC) -- The percent positive of coronavirus tests in South Carolina is among the lowest the state has seen. 

On Saturday, 5,482 people were tested for COVID-19, with a percent positive of over nine-percent. 

There were 515 new coronavirus cases and 24 additional deaths reported, which happened over a number of days. 

There have been 129,484 coronavirus cases in the Palmetto state since the pandemic began.
