Police Investigating Vandalism Of Congressional Candidate's Car

(Mount Pleasant, SC) -- Police are investigating after Republican South Carolina congressional candidate Nancy Mace's car was vandalized.

Police say it happened in the Bowman Road Nordstrom Rack parking lot in Mount Pleasant on Tuesday.

Mace tells police it happened just a few hours before her debate with Representative Joe Cunningham.

Representatives for Cunningham say they've also contacted police dozens of times for threats made against him, including a voicemail on September 5th.
