(Little River, SC) -- A man from Little River is indicted in connection to the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6th.
Twenty-six-year-old Nichlas Languerand was arrested by the FBI in April. Now, a federal grand jury found enough evidence to formally charge him with civil disorder, assaulting or resisting officers using a dangerous weapon, and engaging in an act of physical violence in the Capitol grounds or buildings.
Languerand is accused of throwing objects at law enforcement and hitting a police shield against the ground.
