(Columbia, SC) -- The case will move forward against an army trainee accused of hijacking a school bus.
Jovan Collazo now faces a slew of changes, including kidnapping, for the incident on May 6th.
There were 18 elementary students on board when Collazo allegedly left Fort Jackson and got on the school bus with an unloaded gun.
Though a judge ruled Thursday that the case will advance, a trial date has not yet been set.
