(Chapin, SC) -- An 18-year-old is out on a 45-thousand dollar bond after being arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Chapin High School student David Bennett Galloway is accused of an incident that happened on October 2nd in Richland County.
He turned himself in Thursday.
Galloway is a senior running back who is committed to playing for North Carolina State in 2022.
