SC AG Joins Brief In Support Of Colorado Cake Shop Refusing Service

(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Attorney General is the latest to throw support behind a Colorado cake shop that refused to make a cake celebrating a gender transition. 

AG Alan Wilson is joining more than a dozen other attorneys general in the case. Wilson says the brief filed is in support of "free speech rights of small business owners". 

Other states joining the brief are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and West Virginia.
