USC To Require Employees With Federal Contracts To Be Vaccinated

The University of South Carolina will comply with the federal executive order that requires workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19. 

Certain school employees will need to be fully vaccinated by January 18th of 2022 or get approval for an extension. This includes those working on a federal contract. 

Employees were reportedly notified of the requirement on Monday.
