(Lexington County, SC) - The trial is underway for a doctor charged with involuntary manslaughter in Lexington County.
Doctor Adam Lazzarini is accused of shooting 30-year-old medical salesman William Holland to death in October of 2017.
The defense argues the death was accidental after a mix up of guns.
Forensic Pathologist Dr. Janice Ross will take the stand today after starting testimony Thursday. She says the killing was a homicide.
