New Law Allows Early Voting For June Primaries To Begin May 31

(Columbia, SC) - Governor McMaster has signed a bill into law that allows for early voting in all elections in South Carolina.

Early voting for the June primaries will start May 31st. No excuse is needed to vote early in-person for the two weeks before a primary, excluding holidays.

Voting absentee by mail is still an option, but voters must select a reason they would be unable to vote on Election Day.
