(Richland County, SC) --A ruling on South Carolina's death penalty law is expected to be appealed.
A Richland County judge found death by firing squad and the electric chair are not allowed by the South Carolina Constitution.
This comes as a result of a lawsuit from non-profit group Justice 360 on behalf of three death row inmates.
