(Colleton County, SC)-- Prosecutors in the Alex Murdaugh case are asking the defense to share their evidence.
A motion filed by the prosecution asks for any evidence Murdaugh's attorneys will use in defense of his mental health or alibi, or physical evidence in the investigation.
This comes as the former attorney faces murder charges in the deaths of his wife and son.
