Postal Worker Suing Clemson Football Players For 2021 Crash

(Clemson, SC) - A South Carolina postal worker is suing two Clemson students after being injured in a crash while working. 

The lawsuit was filed in Pickens County against two football players- Fred Davis II and Malcolm Greene.

It alleges the two were racing at a high rate of speed when the collision took place in July of 2021.

Davis was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving after the crash, but Greene was not charged. 

The lawsuit says the postal worker injured in the crash suffered serious, severe, and permanent injuries.
