(Columbia, SC) - South Carolina lawmakers will consider a six-week abortion ban this morning.
The House Judiciary Constitutional Laws Subcommittee is holding a hearing on the measure already passed by the Senate.
After that meeting, the full House Judiciary Committee will discuss the bill.
This comes as the South Carolina Senate has been unable to pass the House's proposed abortion ban, which prohibits the procedure starting at conception.
