(Folly Beach, SC)- A groom whose bride was killed on their wedding night is filing a wrongful death lawsuit.
Aric Hutchinson and his wife Samantha were leaving their April 28th wedding reception in Folly Beach on a golf cart when they were struck by Jamie Komorski's vehicle.
Samantha was killed and Aric and two others were injured.
Komorski is facing charges of reckless homicide and DUI causing serious bodily injury/death.
She now also faces a lawsuit that accused her of bar-hopping that day.
The lawsuit also names several bars and restaurants for allegedly overserving Komorski alcohol.
