(Saluda County, SC)- Two Saluda County deputies are expected to be OK after being exposed to fentanyl during a traffic stop.
Deputies searched a vehicle after pulling over a woman for reckless driving.
The first deputy exposed to fentanyl gave herself narcan and was then helped by another deputy, who was then exposed as well.
Both were taken to Lexington Medical Center for treatment and the driver was arrested.
