(Columbia, SC)-- A Midlands restaurant owner found guilty of murder earlier this month is dead.
Investigators say they suspect suicide after they found Greg Leon hanging in his cell at Kirkland Correctional Institution in Columbia Friday.
A jury convicted Leon of killing his wife's lover on July 6th.
The Department of Corrections says there were no indications Leon needed to be under a higher level of security.
