(Folly Beach, SC)-- A wrongful death lawsuit has been settled in the DUI crash that killed a bride on her wedding night on Folly Beach earlier this year.
The Crab Shack, The Folly Deli and Progressive Northern Insurance Company have agreed to settle with the estate of Samantha Miller.
She was killed when a golf court carrying her along with her husband and two family members was hit by a car allegedly driven Jamie Lee Komoroski.
An investigation found Komoroski's blood alcohol content to be over three times the legal limit after allegedly drinking at several bars that included those named in the lawsuit.
Komoroski was indicted last month on four charges connected to the deadly crash.
