It's time to start fixing that injured knee--according to an Upstate TV station, Gamecock running back Marcus Lattimore will have surgery on his injured right knee today.
Coach Steve Spurrier says Lattimore's injury, which occurred last Saturday in the Carolina win over Tennessee, could require multiple surgeries on the knee.
Spurrier said Lattimore plans to play again, although it's not known whether Lattimore would be ready for next year or would have to wait until 2014.
This is the second knee injury Lattimore has suffered in as many seasons. A year ago, he tore the ACL in his left knee at Mississippi State. That injury cost him the second half of his sophomore season.
