The father of an Irmo man on trial for two murders was banned from the courtroom Thursday.
The judge kicked out Jack Parker for the rest of his son's trial after two jurors claimed the father asked if they were going to be sequestered.
Parker denied having any contact with the jury.
He will be allowed back in court later to testify.
His son, Brett Parker (pictured), is on trial for the murder one year ago of his wife Tammy Jo and a business associate, Bryan Capnerhurst.
Prosecutors say Parker killed them as part of a scheme to cover adultery and his gambling debts.
But the defense contends Capnerhurst shot Parker's wife, then Parker killed him in self-defense.
