An Irmo bookie, his father and their associate have been found guilty of running an illegal gambling operation.
Brett Parker (pictured), Jack Parker and Douglas Taylor will be sentenced later – each facing up to five years in prison, plus fines.
The verdict follows Brett Parker's conviction for the murder of his wife, Tammy Jo Parker, and his sports gambling clerk, Bryan Capnerhurst. Parker already has been sentenced to life in prison for those deaths.
His father has agreed to forfeit a $67-thousand certificate of deposit in order to keep his Lake Murray home.
Prosecutors made that deal because Jack Parker and his wife now have custody of his son Brett's two children.
