Aiken authorities say one of two suspects sought after restaurant employees were locked in a freezer during a robbery has turned himself in.
John Upson surrendered at police headquarters on charges of robbery while armed with a deadly weapon.
Investigators believe Upson and another man approached an employee who was taking out the trash at Captain D's on Whiskey Road on November 27th.
Police say a gun was put to the worker's head and another employee was ordered to open a safe.
The employees were then placed into a freezer and the two suspects fled.
The second, unidentified suspect is still being sought.
