The White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has to publish the rule in the Federal Register, which should happen today. Then, for the next 60 days, people can comment on the law. The Regime is supposed to take those comments into consideration before the rule is adopted. Fat chance!

RUSH: Obama invited Tiger Woods to come out and play golf with him at the Floridian yesterday and they didn't let the press in. No photos! 

RUSH: Despite the fact that people disagree with the direction of the country and the deficit, unemployment, gun control and all of that, Obama's still at 54% approval.  Up until last week, when I raised the curtain on this mystery, everybody asked, "How can this be?" 

RUSH: Torricelli was a little smarter. He accepted the stuff as gifts.  Jesse Jackson Jr. went out and actually bought the stuff with campaign funds.

RUSH: In terms of getting an immigration bill before the 2014 election.... Even if full-fledged amnesty were passed tomorrow, it would not get the Democrats as many votes in an off-year election as fighting the Republicans over amnesty will get them.  I think the Democrats know this. I think it's part of their calculus. 

RUSH: There you have it.  "Rush Limbaugh gave it two thumbs up.  He says, 'I don't agree with a lot of the policy, but it was a good speech.'"  I did say that.  I did say that, but within of course my own brand of unique satire and put-on.  But they don't get it. 

RUSH: It's not looking good out there for those of you with preexisting conditions.

RUSH: I'm gonna tell you, I've been watching CNN ever since Jeff Zucker took over (they got rid of Jim Walton) and I think I know what they're doing...

RUSH:  We're not even talking about real cuts.  I don't even know why I go through this anymore.  You all know it.  We're not cutting anything.  We're just reducing the rate of growth.  

RUSH: They're not just people watching TMZ.  In fact, I would venture to say that over half of the average, ordinary Democrats voting for Obama have no clue what they're really doing.  They're just being loyal to the latest Democrat president -- and the fact that he's black and historical, that makes it even more important and an even bigger deal.

RUSH: We're looking for Americans.  We're not looking for votes. 

RUSH: There is one reason to broom the no-guest policy and have some politicians on here as guests.  One reason only.  That way, they would hear what I'm saying.  It may be the only way that they will hear what I'm saying, instead of hearing about what I'm saying.
